Create Animoji On iPhone X
The iPhone X arrives with new feature called Animoji, the moving emoji controlled by your face. The feature is pre-installed on the iPhone X’s Messenger app. Thanks to the front-facing camera of the iPhone X, you will be able to change your facial expressions to be the smiling poo, the dog, or the fox. Your iPhone X will map your expressions onto the emoji as well as recording your voice. You can send this recorded message and let your friends receive your talking animoji.
The long waited Animoji relies on the TrueDepth camera which can analyze facial movement. Your animoji will be able to smile or frown just like your expression. So now you can communicate as your favorite emojis.
There are dozens of different Animoji available on the iPhone X, including a panda, unicorn and robot. Check out the emojis below.
Apple claims that the TrueDepth camera captures and analyses over 50 different facial muscle movements.
